Sun-up Recycling 執行長 Mr. Siamnat Panassorn，擁有12年跨國汽車產業經驗，具備紮實的工程背景，同時專長於再生能源特別是生物柴油，並經營回收工廠，致力於推廣循環經濟。在強有力的政府激勵措施 (EV3.0/EV3.5) 和對電池投資、可持續回收利用以及擴大基礎設施以支持本地化製造和普及的戰略重點的推動下，將泰國正在迅速發展成為區域電動汽車中心。

Mr. Siamnat Panassorn, CEO of Sun-up Recycling, brings 12 years of multinational experience in the automotive industry, supported by a strong engineering background. He specializes in renewable energy—particularly biodiesel—and operates a recycling facility dedicated to advancing the circular economy. Driven by robust government incentives (EV3.0/EV3.5), along with strategic priorities focused on battery investment, sustainable recycling, and the expansion of infrastructure to support localization and mass adoption, Thailand is rapidly emerging as a regional electric vehicle hub.

泰國電動車協會 (Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand, EVAT) 成立於 2015 年 9 月 14 日，是一家致力於推動泰國電動車技術與永續運輸發展的非營利組織。該協會作為政府、產業界、學術界與政策制定者之間的橋樑，目標是減少交通污染並提升能源效。
The EVAT was established on September 14, 2015, as a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing electric vehicle technology and sustainable transportation in Thailand. Serving as a bridge between the government, industry, academia, and policymakers, the association aims to reduce transportation-related pollution and improve energy efficiency.  












Mr. Vivek Vikram Singh, Chairman, Automotive Component Manufacturer Association of India (ACMA); MD & Group CEO, Sona Comstar
Sona Comstar 董事總經理暨集團執行長 Vivek Vikram Singh 先生，擁有超過18年的工作經驗，其中包括8年汽車產業經驗。他主要負責監督 Sona Comstar 在電動車與混合動力車之汽車零組件與系統平台的生產、資本配置決策，以及對外股東關係管理。此外，他亦擔任 Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India 電動移動與車聯網支柱主席，並為該協會執行委員會成員。
Mr. Vivek Vikram Singh is the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Sona Comstar. He has over 18 years of experience, including eight years of experience in the automotive industry. He is inter alia responsible for overseeing the production of auto components and systems platform in electric vehicles and hybrids, capital allocation decisions, external shareholder management at Sona Comstar. He is also the chairperson of ACMA’s Electric Mobility and Telematics Pillar, member of executive Committee of ACMA.
