This final workshop focuses on how youth in the U.S., Taiwan, and Japan can shape the semiconductor industry’s future through collaboration, creativity, and shared purpose. As the demand for skilled professionals in AI, chip design, and sustainable manufacturing grows, this session explores how the three regions can work together to cultivate a new generation of global tech talent. It highlights inspiring career pathways, exchange programs, and cross-border initiatives that give students and early-career professionals the chance to contribute directly to the technologies driving the world forward. 

本ワークショップの最終セッションでは、米国・台湾・日本の若い世代が、協働・創造性・共通の使命感を通じて半導体産業の未来をどのように形づくることができるのかに焦点を当てます。AI、チップ設計、そして持続可能な製造分野における高度人材への需要が高まる中、本セッションでは三地域が連携し、次世代のグローバルテック人材をどのように育成していくかを探ります。さらに、学生やキャリア初期の若手専門人材が、世界の技術革新を支える最先端技術に直接関わる機会となるよう、キャリアパス、交流プログラム、国際連携の取り組みについて紹介します。

本場最終活動聚焦於美國、臺灣與日本的青年如何透過協作、創新與共同使命，形塑半導體產業的未來。隨著人工智慧、晶片設計與永續製造領域對專業人才的需求日益增加，本場次將探討三地如何攜手培育新一代全球科技人才。活動亦將介紹多元職涯發展途徑、國際交流計畫與跨國合作機制，讓學生與職涯初期的專業人士有機會直接參與推動全球科技進步的關鍵技術。

This initiative specifically targets Taiwan and Japan university students and early-career professionals alongside semiconductor industry experts and academic collaborators. By bringing together emerging talent with seasoned professionals, we create a dynamic learning environment that accelerates innovation and knowledge transfer.

本イニシアチブは、台湾および日本の大学生・若手社会人を主な対象とし、あわせて半導体産業の専門家および学術分野の協力者も招いて実施します。新進の人材と経験豊富なプロフェッショナルを結び付けることで、イノベーションと知識移転を加速させる、活気ある学習環境を創出します。

本計畫以臺灣與日本的大學生及職涯初期專業人士為主要對象，同時邀集半導體產業專家與學術合作夥伴共同參與。透過串聯新興人才與資深專業人士，打造一個充滿活力的學習環境，加速創新與知識傳承。

Participants who complete all three workshops in the 2026 series (Workshops 1–3) will officially receive an AIT-issued electronic Certificate of Participation.
